PORTLAND, Ore. (April 30, 2026) – The Portland Thorns announced today that it has released interim goalkeeper coach Amrik Hare.

Hare arrived during the preseason to help prepare and train Thorns goalkeepers for the 2026 NWSL season, his first coaching stint at the senior professional level.

The Thorns thank Amrik for his dedication and contributions and wish him well moving forward.

A new goalkeeper coach will be announced in the coming days.
