Media Consent and Release

MEDIA CONSENT & RELEASE (For Participants, Guests and Attendees)

In consideration of participating, I grant permission to Thorns LLC (Thorns), their respective employees, officers, directors, affiliates), parents, players, and agents (collectively “Releasees”) to photograph, film, or otherwise record me during my or my child’s participation in any Thorns Watch Party activities, events, or training sessions.

I understand and agree that these images and recordings (“Media”) may be used for purposes including, but not limited to:
- Advertising, marketing, and promotional materials
- Website, social media, and digital distribution
- Print publications, brochures, and media kits
- Educational, training, and commercial purposes
- I understand that I (or my child) will not receive compensation for the use of the Media and that the Thorns own and retain all rights to the media for its indefinite use. I release the Releasees from any claims related to the Media, including but not limited to rights of publicity, privacy or defamation.
- I acknowledge that participation is voluntary, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the Media at any time.

LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE

1. Acknowledgment of Risks
I acknowledge that participating in the event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to risks of personal injury, illness, property damage, law enforcement activity or other consequences.
2. Assumption of Risk
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the event, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseeable, and accept full responsibility for any injury, damage or other consequence that may occur to me or my child during, arising out of or related to Thorns Watch Party event activities.
3. Release of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate in the event, I hereby release, waive and discharge Releasees from any and all liability, claims, expenses, demands, suits or causes of action of any kind that may arise from my participation or my child’s participation in event activities.  This release and waiver includes all claims arising out of or relating to the event activities regardless of the cause or whether such claims arise from tort, contract or otherwise.
4. Severability
If any provision of this document is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
YOUR ATTENDANCE CONFIRMS YOUR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND AGREEMENT TO THE FOREGOING.
